All Orella jewelry is crafted with care and inspected before shipping.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders, and items showing signs of wear or damage, are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Orella pieces are made with solid 18K Italian gold, verified through professional testing and hallmark certification.
If any item is proven not to meet this standard, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
